We are fundamentally against recommending works which are unnecessary. We act as expert advisors and not scaremongers! For requested or required works, we will provide you with an estimate and timeframe along with any appropriate photos of parts to consider.

Once the job is completed, we will have a clear description of works carried out along with more photos and then any further recommendations will be quoted for immediately.
