You don't need to wait in all day for us
Plumbminto's go against the grain and offer you just a 1-hour booking slot so you don't waste time waiting for an engineer all morning/afternoon. We endeavour to do our very best to get to you within the allotted time and always keep you updated if we are running a little early/late.
Clear quotes and invoices
We are fundamentally against recommending works which are unnecessary. We act as expert advisors and not scaremongers!
For requested or required works, we will provide you with an estimate and timeframe along with any appropriate photos of parts to consider.
Once the job is completed, we will have a clear description of works carried out along with more photos and then any further recommendations will be quoted for immediately.

Our engineers, whilst highly skilled and fully qualified in their respective fields, are also extremely respectful and friendly. We take pride in our relationships with our customers and always leave the homes we work in clean and tidy. If you would like us to remove our shoes, wear a face-mask, let the dog out for a wee or the cat in for lunch, we are always happy to accommodate.
